Extreme High Pressure Intensifier
Industrial-grade pressure booster capable of generating up to 3,000 bar via hydraulic or pneumatic drive. Supports constant pressure and pressure cycling test modes with full PLC automation.
Test pressures up to 3,000 bar
Some components — high-pressure hoses, fittings, valves and special pipes — must be tested far above the pressure a standard hydrostatic pump can deliver. The intensifier multiplies an incoming hydraulic or pneumatic drive pressure to generate up to 3,000 bar, held either constant or cycled under PLC control with ±0.25% sensor accuracy. Its stainless steel body and −20 °C to +100 °C operating range suit both burst and fatigue-type pressure tests.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a pressure intensifier?
A device that uses a large drive piston to push a smaller high-pressure piston, multiplying the input pressure to reach very high test pressures — here up to 3,000 bar.
Which test modes are available?
Constant pressure (hold) and pressure cycling with cycle counting, both programmed on the touchscreen.
Hydraulic or pneumatic drive?
Either — the drive is chosen to suit your available utilities and the required flow and pressure.
What are typical applications?
Burst and endurance tests of high-pressure hoses, fittings, valves and pressure-vessel components that exceed the range of standard pipe testers.
