Alarge Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a Turkish manufacturer of quality control and material testing equipment, headquartered at YTÜ Davutpaşa Teknopark, Esenler/İstanbul, Türkiye. The Site is operated for informational and commercial purposes, to present Alarge's products and facilitate customer enquiries.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material (spam)

The Alarge name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Alarge Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Alarge does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alarge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content, even if Alarge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Alarge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros).

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Alarge has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Contact Form & Enquiries

By submitting a contact form on the Site, you consent to being contacted by Alarge regarding your enquiry. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of an enquiry does not create a binding commercial agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

11. Changes to Terms

Alarge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
